Elias has been in the industry for over 30 years. His passion and commitment to food has taken him to many countries where he acquired new skills as a chef and gained valuable insight into all aspects of the catering industry. The concept of his menu is to take traditional Mediterranean flavors and infuse them with influences from the East and the West, using only the freshest and finest ingredients that are available to us during the summer season. He is always keen to experiment and show what he can do. Expect to see a few new dishes on the menu this year. Meanwhile regular visitors to Acropolis can still enjoy the old favorites they know and love. All of our menu items are designed and created from scratch in house by Elias and his team.
